CANTEENS OF UNIVERSITY OF KARACHI

Karachi University is one of the largest universities in Pakistan, and with its size comes a plenty of canteens. As a student at Karachi University, I've had the opportunity to visit several of these canteens. In my opinion, each canteen has its own unique specialties.

For example, Prem Gali (PG) Canteen is renowned for its bite-sized samosas and Khaleel Bhai's tea, as well as a variety of other snacks. It's incredibly convenient and tends to lure students into spending a significant amount on food. Personally, it's my favorite canteen to visit when I have no classes.

Shahid Canteen, on the other hand, serves delicious biryani and tea, which I find perfect for relieving mental and academic stress. Chemistry Canteen is great for hanging out with friends, especially because of its famous Chinese platter, which is both cheaper and tastier than what you'd find at big restaurants.

Sufi Canteen may be underrated compared to others, but it's my go-to spot for breakfast with friends or classmates. Karachi University Business School (KUBS) Canteen is another popular choice, known for its spicy khao suey, although I prefer their shakes over the spicy food.

Rangers Canteen and VS Visual Studies Canteen offer a calm environment surrounded by shady trees, perfect for enjoying coffee without any disturbances. It's common to find students singing, playing guitars, and making memories for the future in these areas.

The Mass Communication Canteen, while underrated, serves delicious chutney rolls that I can't resist whenever I visit. Lastly, Terminal Canteen stands out with its fantastic French fries and fresh juices, which are a lifesaver during hot summer days.

Overall, Karachi University boasts a diverse range of canteens, each with its own specialties. It's safe to say that the food at Karachi University is truly mesmerizing.so the next time you find yourself on campus, be sure to embark on your own culinary journey – you never know what delicious discoveries await you.
